Refund Policy

At Pawz Place, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This helps us address the issue promptly and make things right for you and your pet.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products (such as special orders)
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to get what you need is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
